Legal Notices

Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy for BizUI Software and BizUI Micro.

Effective date: March 12, 2026

Policy version: 2026-03-12.v1

These notices apply to BizUI Software (bizui.com) and BizUI Micro platform services (bizui.biz). By using our websites, applications, and related services, you acknowledge these policies.

Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern access to BizUI Software and BizUI Micro websites, applications, and related services. By using these services, you agree to these Terms and applicable legal notices.

2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Security

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for users you authorize to access your workspace.

3. Platform Roles and Responsibility

BizUI Micro provides tooling for business owners and customer interactions. Owners are responsible for business profile accuracy, published offers, legal compliance of posted content, and fulfillment of owner-customer commitments. BizUI provides the platform and is not a party to independent owner transactions unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Standards

You may not misuse the service, bypass security controls, perform unauthorized scraping, submit malicious or unlawful content, interfere with platform reliability, reverse engineer protected systems, or violate applicable law. We may remove or restrict content that creates legal, security, or abuse risk.

5. Subscription, Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Paid plan fees are billed in advance on the selected billing cycle and are processed by authorized payment providers. Unless otherwise stated in an order form or written agreement, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not retroactively void charges already incurred for the active term. Taxes and processor fees may apply as required by law and payment network rules.

6. Services, Orders, and Contract Priority

BizUI Software provides technology services, consultation, implementation, and product support. Any signed statement of work, master services agreement, or order form controls where it conflicts with this website policy.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Certain workflows use third-party providers (for example payment processing, hosting, messaging, and security tooling). Use of those provider features may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. BizUI is not responsible for independent third-party systems outside BizUI's direct operational control.

8. Intellectual Property and License

BizUI trademarks, software, branding, documentation, and service content are protected by law and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused beyond permitted legal use or written authorization. Subject to these Terms, BizUI grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized business purposes.

9. Suspension or Termination

BizUI may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, quality, and legal compliance. BizUI may also suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, financial, or operational risk.

10. Warranty and Liability

Except where prohibited by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizUI Software disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BizUI Software from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Service Level Terms and Incident Communications

A formal service-level commitment (including uptime targets, support response windows, service credits, or incident-response commitments) applies only where explicitly provided in a signed service-level agreement, order form, or master services agreement. Without a signed SLA, BizUI operates on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and does not provide guaranteed availability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If you have a separate written agreement with BizUI Software, that agreement controls governing law, venue, and dispute process. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BizUI Software is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as services evolve. Material updates are published with a revised effective date and policy version.

15. Contact

For legal questions, contact info@bizui.com or submit through Support.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

We collect and process personal and operational data needed to provide BizUI Software services and BizUI Micro functionality, including owner and customer registration, account access, subscriptions, support, and security operations.

2. Data Categories We Collect

For owners and users, this may include names, contact emails, phone numbers, addresses, business details, selected subscription features, support ticket content, and privacy consent records. For billing workflows, we store Stripe-linked identifiers and subscription/invoice state metadata.

3. Sources of Data

Data is collected directly from user submissions and account activity, automatically from service use and security controls, and from authorized service providers needed to process payments, communications, and support operations.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, authenticate users, provide platform features, process subscriptions, deliver support, investigate abuse, enforce rate limits, and improve service reliability.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only as needed with service providers and infrastructure partners to run the platform (for example payment processing, communications, hosting, and operational security), and as required by law. We do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. International Transfers

Depending on your location, your data may be processed in jurisdictions where BizUI Software or its service providers operate. We apply reasonable contractual and operational safeguards for those transfers as required by applicable law.

7. Retention

Retention is based on operational and legal purpose. Session and token data is time-limited. Account, subscription, consent, and support records may be retained for legitimate business, tax, security, and legal obligations.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including transport protection, controlled processing paths, and operational monitoring.

9. Rights and Requests

You may request account/privacy assistance through Support. BizUI may require identity and authority verification before fulfilling requests. If a legal right applies in your jurisdiction (for example access, correction, deletion, or objection), we process requests consistent with applicable law.

10. Children

BizUI services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected personal data from a child in violation of law, we will take appropriate remediation steps.

11. Policy Updates and Contact

We may revise this policy as our services evolve. Material updates are published with a revised effective date and policy version. Privacy inquiries may be sent to info@bizui.com.

1. Scope and Category-Only Disclosure

This policy describes cookie and state handling at a category level. Implementation-specific identifiers, lifetimes, and controls are treated as operational security details and may change.

2. Essential Technical Processing
